With the weather fluctuating as much as it has been, I've yet to stop lusting over denim jackets. So on a recent trip to Dixie Outlet Mall, I grabbed a long distressed denim jacket from the Sirens Outlet to round out my current collection. Although a long denim jacket might seem excessive with the hot Summer weather on its way, I've discovered two stylish ways to wear it for those cool Summer nights.
How To Style: A Long Denim Jacket for Summer
Little Denim Dress
With the recent popularity of the shirting trend, I've been looking at styling in an entirely new way. So it only seemed natural to turn this Kim K-inspired denim jacket into a mini dress. Simply button the jacket in a mismatched fashion to create an off-the-shoulder silhouette and cinch the waist with a belt. I grabbed this belt from Missguided, but the Winners at Dixie Outlet Mall has a ton of similar styles! I finished the outfit with a black lace bralette from the Sirens Outlet and a gorgeous pair of black suede mules from the Aldo Outlet at Dixie Outlet Mall.
The Barely There Jacket
A more classic way to wear this Sirens jacket for Summer is to throw it overtop of an oversized T-shirt. I recently grabbed this 'Savage' tee from the Journey's Outlet in Dixie Outlet Mall and have been obsessed with it ever since. With its play on the classic red Supreme logo, this #DixieDeal is a streetwear must, especially when you consider yourself a savage! The look is finished with a pair of Suede Puma Platforms that I got last month from the Puma Outlet.
